Sweet Girl
I just loved the way she is looking at me in this picture. Despite the look she really was into getting her picture taken. Mainly cause I let her crawl on the counter. This was taken with my 50mm lense Iso 800 ss 320 f 1.8 natural light. I just played in pse4. I wanted to try something new. What do you think. HHCC is always welcome and don't be afraid to be tough on me. I can take it.
Some people wanted to see what my originals looked like so here they are. I'm really struggling with getting the white background and just not sure what to do with the pping. Any suggestions would be great. I'm going to my ps class tonight so I will see what the instructer says or if he will want to use them in the class tonight. Thanks for the cc I really appreciate it. I have missed being here.

TWO Birthday Pics
Sorry I haven't been around for awhile. I just took a break for awhile to rejuvinate myself. I am finding that POTD takes a lot of time and I was neglecting my family. I really wanted to take these pictures for dd's birthday but it just never worked out. I was in the mood, feeling good and found that the light was looking good so I did these today. I did have a hard time with the back ground but got some tips from stacey that I tried and seemed to work. I'm feeling pretty good about these picks but would like some cc please. Don't be afraid to hit me with harsh criticism if you feel so inclined. I really want to improve. I took these in my kitchen using only the light coming in from the window. Shot with my 50mm f/1.8 Iso 800 ss 250 f 2.0. For processing I did some screen layers to get the background white and erased as I went along at 18% opacity (thanks Stacey anna for the tip). Thanks for looking and the cc.

LOVE
So this weeks theme is LOVE. My first and most important love has to be my family. I know I had already posted pictures of DD and DH painting together but I came home and this is what I found. DH had taken one of his shirts and put it on DD to keep her clean. Well the sleeves were too long so he cut them of and placed them on their heads like a head band. It was so funny I had to grab my camera. It just reminds me of how much I love my family and how happy they make me. I can't imagine life without them. For my conversion I tried Jordans technique that she posted on two peas a while back. Feedback on that would be great. Thanks for looking and all your cc.
SS 1/100 F/1.8 ISO 400 Shutter priority - custom WB - Flashed turned all the way down
SS 1/125 F/1.8 ISO 400 Shutter priority - custom WB - Flashed turned all the way down
SS 1/100 F/1.8 ISO 400 Flash used - Shutter priority . Used Michelle Pearsons Creamy action and added a grunge boarder.
This was a picture I did while playing appature. I love the way she is playing with the phone. Seriously she knows how to use it. She's only two but she can make phone calls. Way to smart.
SS 1/100 F/1.8 ISO 800 - Apeture priority - Custom WB - Flash Fired turned all the way down. Used Michelle Pearsons Golden Sepia added a grunge borded and texture.
I love this picture even though it's blurry. I'm really working on getting great focus. I really have a long way to go.

Self portrait with new camera
So I played today and took a self portrait. I really truely hate having my picture taken but I have to say that I really like this one. So I thought I would share. No I'm not on theme but you have to give me props for trying a self portrait. And I have to say Thanks to jess for the suggestions on exposure and white balance. I can so see the difference. Well off to a suprise birthday party. Have a great weekend everyone and thanks for the cc.
