Isaac at 3 weeks old

Isaac is 3 weeks old now. I tried really hard to get some pictures with him sleeping but everytime I started to take pictures he was wide awake. I would say I spent almost 2 hours working on getting sleepy pictures but he just wouldn't have anything to do with it. I saw these baby cocoons and thought they were so cute so I made one and just love it. After I took these pictures I made a hat to match the cocoon but haven't done any pictures with it yet. I will have some up once I take some more pictures.

Isaac Peter

I did a little more practicing with Isaac. I did all these in the front room with natural light and my onboard flash for some fill light. The more I practice the more I realize I need a new lense and a speedlite. Especially since we are in the winter months with not as much light. Well one day I will get what I need. I'm just making due with what I have. Isn't he cutie.

Gabby and Isaac

This was Gabby's first time seeing her brother and she was so excited to see him. No these pictures aren't perfect but priceless. I love the expression on her face on the first one.

Gabrielle (Snow White)

So I know I am behind getting Halloween stuff up but better late than never. Besides I had a very good excuse. Gabby is seriously into princesses and decided she had to Snow White right up until Halloween day and then she threw a fit that she couldn't be Sleeping Beauty. Fortunately I was able to bribe her with trick or treating to get her into her costume.

Pete took the flip video to the hospital so we could see Isaac live, not that he does much yet but here he is less than a day old and cute as can be. We just can't get enough of him. I have to say that the new born stage is my favorite. They are so precious at this stage.

Isaac Peter

On November 19th at 8:02 am we welcomed Isaac into our lives. Weighing in at 7lbs 2oz and 20 inches long. He is the best baby, hardly makes any noise what so ever and has cried a total of 5 times in week. He is very cuddly which we love since Gabby had no intrested in being cuddled. He is very spoiled, between mom, dad, and grandma he is always being held. I will post more pictures later.
